In 2005, in response to the growing demand for at-home hospice services, we established our very own at-home hospice program. This program allowed us to extend our reach and provide comfort to patients in the familiar and comforting surroundings of their own homes.
Recognizing the need for a dedicated in-patient facility in our community, seven years later in 2012, we embarked on the construction of a state-of-the-art in-patient facility. This facility stands as a testament to our commitment to delivering the highest quality palliative care to those who require a more specialized and comprehensive level of service.

Our team is equipped and ready to provide IV therapy, high flow oxygen treatment, ventilator management, wound care and tube feedings. The pharmacy team is ready to elaborate a pain management regimen to meet the needs of your loved one.
Our in-patient facility features meticulously designed patient rooms. These rooms are thoughtfully designed to maximize patient comfort and provide a peaceful environment for individuals and their loved ones during their final days. We understand the importance of creating an atmosphere that promotes relaxation and tranquility, and we have spared no effort in ensuring that each room embodies these principles.
In addition to the well-appointed patient rooms, our facility boasts a state-of-the-art kitchen where our talented culinary team prepares delicious and nutritious meals tailored to each patient's dietary needs and personal preferences.
